Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ZionKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the terms for order cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds.

We supply premium grocery and masala products under the Shri Raj brand. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damaged or incorrect products may be replaced or refunded.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Bulk and custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is on our side.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, expired or different from the product ordered.

3. Refund Process

After verification and approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or bank account.

4. Replacement Policy

Where possible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to improper storage, customer negligence or after the allowed reporting period.

6. Bulk Orders

Wholesale and custom bulk orders are subject to separate commercial terms and may not be eligible for return or refund.
